Henrik Pedersen (CEO)
Henrik Pedersen is co-founder of Nanocore. Henrik holds a PhD from Odense University, Denmark, and has authored or co-authored more than 50 patent applications in the fields of composite materials, combinatorial chemistry, directed evolution of small organic molecules, macromolecular recognition, drug discovery, and more. Henrik was co-founder and CEO of Immudex ApS, as well as founder of Nuevolution A/S, for which he was the CEO 2001-2003, and CSO 2003-2006. Prior to this, Henrik Pedersen worked for Novo Nordisk and Genentech, and was a postdoc in Prof. Peter G. Schultz’ lab at the Chemistry Department, UC Berkeley.

Torben K. Jacobsen (Head of Business Development)
Torben K. Jacobsen served in the Advisory Board of Nanocore for 10 years prior to joining the company in Nov 2022. Torben has worked  for 20+ years in the wind energy business with GE Renewables/LM Wind Power, most recently as Executive Senior Director for Advanced Technology Systems and Chief Engineering. Torben has 25 years of experience in R&D and industrialization of high strength composites. Furthermore, he has executed numerous materials and product development projects from idea to business. Torben holds a M.Sc. and PhD from the Technical University of Denmark.

Emilio M. Pérez (Chief Technology Officer)
Professor and group leader at IMDEA Nanociencia in Madrid. Expert on Carbon Nanotubes, polymers and composites with approx. 80 peer-reviewed publications. Member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Fullerenes, Nanotubes and Carbon Nanostructures.

Christian Steinø (Chairman)
Christian is COO of MDSI developing aircraft mission system technology and supplying situational awareness based on space- and airborne remote sensing platforms and AI for government operations. He previously founded and served as CEO of MyDefence which develops anti-drone systems. He is a trained Royal Danish Airforce fighter pilot and holds an MBA in Strategic Management.

Niels Buch Jørgensen
Niels previously founded and served as CEO of Kysthospitalet, an accredited private hospital on the coast north of Copenhagen. Now he is active as a Business Angel with Nanocore as his priority commitment. He is a trained Royal Danish Airforce fighter pilot and flew as SAS Flight Captain after serving as Deputy Commander of the European NATO Top Gun School.

Mikkel Dybro Lundorf
Mikkel Dybro Lundorf is co-founder of Nanocore. Mikkel holds a PhD from Aarhus University, Denmark. He is a Principal Scientist at LEO Pharma A/S and was at Nuevolution A/S 2002-2010, with a key role in development of its DNA-encoded, small molecule drug discovery technology.

Martin Schmid.
Martin Schmid serves as the General Manager and CEO at Roscommon & Peacock International GmbH. He previously served as the General Manager for the CNT Business Division at Bayer MaterialScience AG (now Covestro AG) in 2005-2009, where he was responsible for all of R&D, production, sales and CNT business development.
